Terms of service

These Terms set out the rules for using the Office Line website and for the provision of services by electronic means, pursuant to Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
1. Service provider
The website is operated by Office Line P.S.A., ul. Prymasa Augusta Hlonda 10C, 02-972 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0001227501, NIP 9512643740, REGON 544203302.

2. Definitions
- Website — the website operated by the Service Provider, including all its subpages.
- User — any natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website.
- Services — services provided by electronic means, described in section 3.
3. Scope of services
The Service Provider provides the following services free of charge:
- access to information about the company, the brands distributed and the product range,
- downloadable files — product catalogues in PDF format,
- a contact form for submitting commercial enquiries.
4. Technical requirements
Using the Website requires: a device with internet access, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an active email account (for the contact form) and software able to open PDF files.
5. Rules of use
Users must use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice, respecting personal rights and the intellectual property of third parties.
Users must not supply unlawful content or take any action that disrupts the Website, including attempts to gain unauthorised access to its resources.
6. Nature of commercial information
Information about products and brands, and any prices presented on the Website or in the downloadable product catalogues, is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract under Art. 71 of that Code.
The Website provides no separate price lists. Any prices included in the product catalogues are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Commercial terms are agreed individually.
The Website does not allow contracts to be concluded or orders to be placed online. Sales are made to business customers only, on the basis of separate commercial arrangements and individually confirmed orders.
7. Intellectual property
Content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics and page layout, is legally protected and belongs to the Service Provider or is used under appropriate authorisation. Trade marks and logos of the distributed brands belong to their owners and are presented for information purposes only.
Copying, distributing or using the materials for commercial purposes requires prior written consent of the rights holder.
8. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be sent to office@officeline.pl. A complaint should identify the User, describe the issue and provide a correspondence address. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt and the outcome is communicated in the same form.
9. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Website operational and the information current. Technical breaks and changes to the presented product range and prices are reserved. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Website.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by separate documents: the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, available in the website footer.
11. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.
The Service Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of services. The amended Terms take effect upon publication on the Website.
